Acies Edge, Inc. (“Acies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) have created this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) because we know that you care about how information you provide to us is used and shared. This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to the Website, who view only publicly-available content (“Visitors”), customers who have signed up to access and use our Services (“Customers”), and Customer’s employees, contractors, or agents authorized by Customer to access and use our Services (“Authorized Users”).
By visiting our Website, Visitors are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Use.
By accessing and/or using the Services, each Customer and Authorized User is agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy, and the accompanying Terms of Use. If you accept or agree to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and, in such event, “you” and “your” will refer and apply to that company or other legal entity and any Authorized Users.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Use (when such term concerns Visitors), or the SaaS Agreement (when such term concerns Customers and Authorized Users).
The Information We Collect and/or Receives
In the course of operating the Website and providing the Services, we will collect (and/or receive) the following types of information. You authorize us to collect and/or receive such information.
Contact Data
If you would like to use our Services or schedule a demo, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to, email address, first name and last name, phone number, company name, and title (collectively, “Contact Data”). The Contact Data is used to provide the requested service or information and to contact you for purposes of direct marketing of our current and future services.
Account Information
In order to access and use our Services, Authorized Users will have to create an account or Customer can create an account on behalf of each Authorized User. In order to create an account, you will be asked to create a username and password, and provide certain additional information, including a valid email address for each Authorized User (collectively, “Account Information”). We use the Account Information to process the creation of your account, including to verify your identity, and to manage your account.
Customer Data
In using the Services, Customers and Authorized Users provide us Customer Data. We use the Customer Data (other than any personal information contained therein) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SaaS Agreement. Any personal information contained in the Customer Data will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Billing Data
In order to use some of our Services, you will be required to provide certain additional information which may include a credit card number, expiration date, billing zip code, billing address, bank information, and similar information (“Billing Data”). Such Billing Data will be collected and processed by our third party payment processor pursuant to the terms and conditions of its privacy policies and terms of use. We do not directly obtain, store or process any Billing Data.
Usage Data
In an ongoing effort to improve the Website and the Services, we automatically collect certain information when you visit the Website, and/or access or use the Services. This information consists of your IP address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Website and Services that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When you access the Website and/or the Services by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. You authorize us to use the Contact Data, Billing Data, Usage Data, Account Information, and personal information contained in the Customer Data (collectively, the “Information”) for the following purposes:

We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Website or Services, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our subscription databases.

Our Website and Services may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. Acies does not monitor, recognize or honor any opt-out or do not track mechanisms including general web browser, “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals.
Nevada Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties. You can exercise this right by contacting us at [email protected] with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and providing us with your name and the email address associated with your account. Please note that we do not currently sell your personal information as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time, and will post any changes on the Website and the Services as soon as they do into effect.
